Daily inspection work of polymerisation reactor
The daily inspection of polymerisation reactor is as follows:
1. Appearance inspection: check the appearance of the reactor for any abnormal deformation, crack or other physical damage. If abnormal situation is found, it should be recorded in time and notify the equipment management personnel for maintenance.
2. Sealing performance check: Regularly check the sealing performance of various connecting joints, pipes and valves of the reactor to ensure that there is no leakage. Pay special attention to check the sealing condition of the main interface of kettle body, if it is loose or worn out, the sealing packing should be replaced in time.
3. Leakage check: Regularly check whether there is any leakage phenomenon in the reactor shell, especially in the key position of the weld and flange sealing. If leakage is found, it should be dealt with and recorded in time to avoid possible safety accidents.
4. Liquid level check: Check the liquid level of the reactor regularly by liquid level instrument or manual measurement method to ensure that the liquid level is within the normal range and avoid the safety problems caused by too high or too low.
5. Temperature check: regularly check whether the temperature sensor and controller of the reactor are in normal working condition to ensure the precision of temperature control and avoid abnormal reaction caused by too high or too low temperature.
6. Pressure check: Regularly check whether the working status of pressure gauge and pressure sensor of the reactor is normal, to ensure that the pressure inside the reactor is within the safe range.
7. Sound check: Through auditory observation, judge whether the reactor equipment is running normally and whether there is abnormal sound. If there is any abnormal sound, the reason should be investigated in time.
8. Reducer and motor check: listen to the reducer and motor sound is normal, touch the reducer, motor, seat bearings and other parts of the driving temperature, the general temperature of 40 ℃, the highest temperature of 60 ℃ (the back of the hand in the upper can stay for more than 8 seconds as normal).
Polymerisation reactor maintenance work to share:
1. Clean the reactor: after each use, the reactor should be cleaned to remove the impurities and residues in the kettle. Turn off the heating and stirring function of the reactor and disconnect the power supply, pour out the residue inside the kettle and rinse it with water, use appropriate cleaning agent to clean the inside thoroughly*, according to the need to use acid or alkaline cleaner, and follow the instructions for the correct proportion and operation, rinse the reactor with water to ensure that the cleaner is completely* removed, wipe the inside and outside of the reactor with a clean cloth or paper towel thoroughly* to ensure dryness. Make sure it is dry.
2. Lubrication system maintenance: check the lubrication system of the reactor regularly and carry out necessary lubrication work.
3. Electrical system check: regularly check whether the connection of the electrical system is normal or not, and carry out necessary repairs or replacements.
4. Seal replacement: regularly check the seal of the reactor and make necessary replacement to ensure good sealing performance.
5. Safety device calibration: safety valves, pressure gauges and other safety devices should be calibrated in accordance with the specified time to ensure that they are accurate, sensitive and in good working order, and the seals are intact.
