Structure features

The reactor is designed to high pressure , high temperature requirement.
The reactor kettle is heated by thermal oil bathed electric heating bars that are injected into the jacket.
It is for ordinary corrosive resistance application, that using stainless steel S31603 as medium contacting material.
For the economic purposes, the cylinder body and heads matel is stainless steel S31603 claddling with the carbon steel Q345R. It has higher strenth and lower cost than pure S31603 matel.
Because of the explosive proof feature requirement of the medium, the reactor is using magnetic sealing shaft sleeve, safety valve, Pressure Transducer, and PT100 platinum to ensure security.

Stirrer type

Applying toothed disk paddle for the agitator.The outer edge of the toothed disc agitator is serrated, and the shearing performance is very high under high speed rotation.
It will offer strong dispersion, crushing, and peeling effect, that is suitable for the dispersion and mixing of great two-phase difference physical properties, such as paint mixing dispersion process.
