The application of the titanium for the reactor provides high anti corrosive performance.
ᆞ The material of cylinder is titanium and carbon steel clad compostion sheet.
ᆞ The model of titanium is TA2 for the parts inside the kettle including stirrer, thermalmeter tube, and baffle. Beside the good corrosive resistance, TA2 also has good rigidity, that makes the shaft and blades are strong enough.
ᆞ The pipes are titanium too, and the flanges is lined with titanium. 
ᆞ The discharge valve is lined with PTFE , which help the reactor handle the reaction with corrosion caused by medium.
Large torque of agitator
The solid medium takes a big part in the mixture reactants, it requires a large torque of the agitator.
So, a motor of 7.5KW and titanium shaft with dia. 80mm TA2 shaft rod are applied for the agitator and the consequent large area occupied by the mechinery rack on the reactor's head.
The two-layer stirrer and 4 pcs of baffles with large area give sufficient mixing effect to the reagents.

A large titanium elbow is applied to fit the condenser of the whole pilot plant.

Because of the high price of titanium, the good cost saving could be realized if we use as little titanium as possible. In another words, reducing the titanium material can help the reduction of reactor price.
ᆞ We applied the titanium clad sheet instead of the pure titanium plate. It has been reduced at least 1/4 of the total price.
ᆞ The close type of cylinder structure is applied, so it wouldn't required a large flange surfacing welding with titanium. 
ᆞ The smallest area of baffles is caculated at the basis of offering sufficient mixing of the medium.
ᆞ The anchor blade is also made at the lower limite of counted diameter, so to save the titanium cost.
