Process flow
The reactors and their fitting parts are assembled on the two floor rack , customized by us. 

In this plant, the esterification goes first at 2nd floor, then its product flow down to the polycondensation reactor.  The final products will be collected by the receiving tank landed on the floor.
Parts feature
To meet the phamaceutical demands, the inner surface of the reactor kettle are fine polished. 

The material using the parts that contacting the medium are sanitary grade stainless steel.

The pipe connecting the discharge port of esterification reactor to the charging port of polycondensation reactor are well insulated.

Because it is for industry producing purpose, the reactors are using external circulation constant oil tank for heating. 

Platform and control specifications

2, Equipped with explosion-proof high temperature heating circulator 2 sets, normal temperature ~300 degrees, with water cooling water can quickly cool down.Including connecting insulation pipeline.
3, Reaction kettle with double platform, with ladder.Reactor with ground platform.
4. The connecting pipeline between the 100L polyester reactor and the 100L polycondensation reactor has heat tracing and insulation, and the temperature is required to be 150 degrees.The heating belt is non-explosion proof.
5, Roots water ring vacuum unit, the highest pump pumping speed of 150L/S;
<50Pa under normal temperature and no load;
