Process flow The reactors and their fitting parts are assembled on the two floor rack , customized by us. In this plant, the esterification goes first at 2nd floor, then its product flow down to the polycondensation reactor. The final products will be collected by the receiving tank landed on the floor. |
| Parts feature To meet the phamaceutical demands, the inner surface of the reactor kettle are fine polished. The material using the parts that contacting the medium are sanitary grade stainless steel. The pipe connecting the discharge port of esterification reactor to the charging port of polycondensation reactor are well insulated. Because it is for industry producing purpose, the reactors are using external circulation constant oil tank for heating. |
