Material: Cylinder and head: The inner surace is stainless steel S316L, and the external material is carbon steel Q345R. ᆞThe reactive substances are alkali corrosive. The stainless steel 316 has highly resistant to it, so it is used as the contact material. ᆞOn the other apect, the application of Q345R is a good cost saving choice. Because using pure S316L will result a great purchase cost to customers. Therefore, the adoption of stainless steel 316 with carbon steel composite plate as the kettle body material can meet the corrosion resistance and low cost at the same time. Jacket: ᆞThe thermal medium using for the jacket is thermal oil, which is injected via the inlet port from constant thermo tank. ᆞThe material of jacket is Q345R. ᆞThe inlet/outlet ports is made from Q345R, the flange on its nozzle is stainless steel 316L. Inner cooling coils: ᆞThe inner coils are made of stainless steel S316l. ᆞThe coils can improve cooling efficiency greatly, so to speed up the production pace. |
| Agitator parts: Magnetic sealing: The reaction medium is a moderately hazardous substance, the reactor adopts the magnetic seal structure with the best sealing effect. Motor: The use of explosion-proof motors further prevents sparking products and avoids ignition of flammable substances. Mixing parts: ᆞThe parts including the agitator axis, coupling, blades that contacting the medium are also using stainless steel 316 L. ᆞAnchor frame stirrer distance from the bottom of kettle≤100mm. ᆞAnchor frame stirring paddles are specially designed and manufactured for solid reaction particles. It can increase the stirring efficiency and avoid some solid reaction particles not getting stirred, which improves the reaction speed and productivity. |

Ports and nozzles: Manhole: ᆞSize: Dia.500m*H470mm. ᆞIt is reinforced with 16MnII, the inncer surface is stainless steel 316L. Ports for other functions: ᆞThe ports opened on the reactor lid are for pressure gauges (two pressure gauges), rupture discs, Thermalmeter type PT100, etc. ᆞOther orifice flange are supplied in pairs. Tubes: The other parts such as pluged-in tubes welded with the ports that inside the kettle are made from S316L too. |
