Configuration instructions:

1. One PID intelligent controller is controllable and adjustable (temperature display, heating temperature control, vacuum pump start and stop). The temperature control accuracy is ±1.0°C.

2. Equipped with the required valves for the opening of the kettle lid, vacuum pressure gauge, platinum resistor, sight glass, etc., the distillation port is equipped with a packing tower (316L corrugated packing), the discharge port is equipped with a lower expansion valve and standard accessories.

3. The material of the kettle body, head, and other materials in the kettle in contact with the material is stainless steel S31603; the material of the packing tower, receiving tank, heat exchanger, and the material contact part is S31603, and the fabric of the non-contact part is S30408; the material of the buffer tank is S30408; the jacket The material is Q345R; the flange material is 16Mn; the insulation shell is S30408.

4. With an insulation belt bracket, the bracket is carbon steel sprayed and equipped with casters. The inner surface of the kettle is mirror polished.

5. Equipped with 1 piece of 30L/s vacuum pump.

6. The heat transfer oil is provided by the user.
