1, Agitator Motor, 125W, Ex-proof structure. It is suiable for the reactor with size less than 10 L. Mechanical sealing coupler, large torque. Stirrer blade, two layers tyle, with paddle and anchor types. 2, Reactor lid The ports are horizontal opened on the reactor lid, so the thickness of reactor lid is bigger than vertical opened style. 3, Reactor body The reactor body is fixed on the movable part of the lifting rack. So, the reactor body could be moved up and down when the lifting rack is running. It is jacket reactor, the thermal oil is injected inside the jacket and is heated by the electric heater. The electric heaters are injected from the bottom of the reactor's jacket. 4, Discharge valve It is made from stainless steel 304. Customized to comply with the discharge port size. 5, Electric lifting rack It is driven by a moter, which could move the slipping part up and down. The controller of the motor is PID style. There are stabilisers fixed on the stainless steel base of the rack. It could the cleaning and maintains of the reactor with labor saving advantage. |
