Reactor Body: This is batch reactor for dye industry to make the chemical intermediate. Jacket: The pressure inside jacket would be round 0.55MPa, so the 8mm thickness is used for this application. The inlet/outlet ports are welded with flange to bear a higher pressure. Kettle: Because of the jacket pressure, the kettle wall need to standwith negative pressure of -0.55 MPa. The result of the thickness after caculated is 12mm. For the encomical purpose, the Q345R plate is designated by customer as the jacket material. |
| Normal pressure components The madium is a little corrosive, without toxic, nor flammable, so it doesn't need high sealing. Because the reaction is taken under atmospheric pressure, it is results the following applying of the components. Mechanical sealing shaft coupler. Manhole: The flange type is PL, for low pressure appication. Its flange is fixing with the wingnuts, which could help to unbolt by hand. The nozzles: Their flanges are PL type too. The oxygen is pumped into the reaction vessel via a gas inlet port to the gas distributor. |

Agitator: Axis: The medium inside is solvent and a large amount of gas, so that the mixture with a very low density and cause small torque to the stirrer Its shaft is stainless steel with diameter of 55mm only. Blades: The turbine blade and paddle blade with three layers. It could make the TBT solution to flip up and down, to ensure the sufficient mixing to the gas-fluid phases. |
