The insulation shell material is stainless steel S30408. Jacket heating. The electric heating bars ( with ex-proof feature too) are injected into the ports of the Jacket. The reactor is supported with 3 legs mounted on a flat metal plane. The lifting boom pole is also mounted on the same flat metal plane. The flat metal plane is made from carbon steel Q345R. There are ports for the gauges and meters that required by the reaction. All of them are customized as per reaction parameters. |
