Explosion-proof PLC control - Touch screen, - Host computer software, - ABB inverter It is equiped with frequency conversion speed regulation, motor current display, temperature display, heating temperature program control, pressure display, overpressure protection . - Cabinet material is stainless steel S304. The PLC controller is a widely using parts for the lab reactor. All of the function could either programmed and run automaticly, or manully controlled. So, it leads to a lot of convenience for the laboratory research. Because hydrogen is flammable, so the exproof is very important for the hydrogenation reactor. |
| Magnetic coupler The gas phase contact material of the coupler is Hastelloy C-276. The reaction size is only 2L, so the size of the coupler is small, and not many magnetic steel rings are needed. Quick opening clamping lid Its is stainless steel 304, lined with C 276 inside the inner core. It is offered as per the request from client. It would make the opening of the reactor lid very easy comparing with unbolting the flange. So it could speed up the pace between two experiments. Valves, diaphragm pressure gauge, bursting disc Their material contating the medium is C-276 too. |

The other instruments: Explosion-proof platinum resistance,explosion-proof pressure sensor, feeding port, screw cap,elbows and tee fittings They are also made from Hastelloy C-276. These instruments are assembled on the branches of one nozzle, this structure could save a lot of space on the reactor lid. |

The equipment consists of 5 main parts. 1. The vertical condenser: The heat exchange area is designated by customer. The hydrogenation reaction product will be mixed inside the reactant. So, the condenser is needed to seperate the product from the medium. 2. The collective tank: The size of this tank is 1L. The receiving tank is less than the reacion vessel volume according to the reaction. 3. The reactor body: The reactor body is jacketed, and the cylinder is made from hastelloy C276. 4. The agitator: It is consists of motor, magnetic coupler, stirrer shaft, and paddle. The magnetic coupler is very popular in the hydrogenation reactors, because of its high sealing effect and stable performance. 5. The support rack: This is made from two components. The electric lifting & flipping rack , and the quick open clamping device for the reactor lid. |
