1, Agitator It consists of magnetic coupler, axial coupler, axis, paddle stype blade, and tubes of ports. The parts except magnetic coupler are all made from Hastelloy C22. 2, Reactor cover It is flat cover with the handles. The parts to contact with the medium are surfacing with Hastelloy C22. 3, Reactor cylinder It is made from stainless steel lined with Hastelloy C22. 4, Electric heater. The heater is made from heating wire and ceramic rings. 5, Inner coils It is the cooling part for the reaction. The coils are bent C22 pipe. 6, Insulation Jacket The housing of the jacket is stainless steel 304. The jacket if full with rock wool for thermal insulating. 7, Skirt The skirt is for supporting purpose. It is made from stainless steel 304 too. |
