This is customized 3L pressure vessel made from stainless steel plate. It is designed for pressure of -0.1MPa to 3MPa, temperature at -15℃ to 150℃. The vessel is heated by the jacket connected with external circulation thermal oil tank.

Parts to withstand the high pressure
Flange
The MFM  surface connection flange is used for lid sealing, so it wouldn't leak due to the high pressure inside the vessel.
The cylinder is enforced with surfacing welding, and it is machined with FM flange type to comply with the flange on lid.
Vessel cylinder's thickness
The thickness is 4mm, so to meet highest work pressure of 25 bars. 
Pressure gauge and burstdisc
They could make sure the vessel under monitoring.
Good corrosion resistance
The applicaiton of the stainless steel S316L for this vessel ensure the corrosion resisting performance.
The tube to be injected inside the vessel is made from S316L too.

Jackets
The vessel has two jackets, one is the temperature adjusting jacket attached to the vessel external wall, and the other is the thermal  insulation jacket.
The thermal jacket will be connected to the external circulation tank, that supply the heat  and cool refrigerant via the inlet/outlet of the jacket.
The housing of both jacket are all made from stainless steel S30408.

Vessel's lid

The vessel's lid opens customized ports, with the nozzels connecting the pressure gauge and safety valve.
The ball vales are made from stainless steel S316L.
The lid is sealed with high sealing performance flange, which is surfacing welded with S316L.

All of the ports, nozzles, and gauges are using stainless steel S316L. 
The other two ports assembled with ball valve are for medium inlet and outlet.
There are two handles screwed on the two side, so the lid could be removed after the flanges is unbolted.The handle on the vessel's lid is made from stainless steel S304. 
The charging port and vent port is welded with stainless steel pipe.
The reserver port is screw connected to the reactor lid.
Jacket 
The jacket of the vessel makes the size of vessel to be thicker.
The inlet and outlet of the heating jacket are welded with bushing clip tube, and it is stretching outof the insulation jacket.  This is much convenient for operator to connect the pipes of external circulation heating tank.  
Legs
The vessel is supported with 3 legs made from stainless steel S30408.
The legs are welded to the bottom of the insulation jacket.
The height of the legs could make it easy for operation without bend down.
Dischage port
The discharge port is adopting a stainless steel 316L ball valve with dia. of 6mm.
The outlet pipe of is 90° bent.
