This is one of the industrial chemical reactors that we made for large scale batch chemical producing. The inner material of kettle is stainless steel S316L, and the outside material for S316L cladding it carbon steel.

	Overview: The reactor could produce chemicals 40000L per batch, that is almost the biggest batch. It is designed with close construture for high pressure resistant. The jacket is designed to withstand high temperature thermal medium. Its heat exchanging area is designated by our client. The material of the jacket and support lugs are carbon steel. The reactor is spary painted in industry grey.
Ports and nozzles: Due to high pressure required by the producing, all of the ports are assembled with flanges. The flanges are with RF surfacing joint type. It could offer high sealing performance to prevent the leakage of the chemicals. The shaft coupler using is magnetic coupler. It is also chosen to meet Zero leakage and high pressure resistanting purposes. There are two lifting lugs on the reactor head. They are welded with reforced base. The manhole are covered with flange lid too. And it is tight enough with the help of numerous of bolts.
	Motor and reducer: Due to the flammable property of medium, the motor needs to be with Explosion proof design. The power of the motor is chosen as per the volume, torque. The reducer is chosen as per the motor's size and required stirring speed of the agitator.
