The reactor is design for a fine chemical manufacturer. Flanges The nozzles of the ports are equiped with flanges. Because of the high pressure requirement, good sealing performance is required. So the flange are usually using MFM or RF surface joint type. Thick plate Due to pressure requirement, the plate thickness has to large enough. The application of cladding plate with stainless steel 316L and carbon steel can not only offer good robustness, but also support the corrosion resistance that required by the medium. |
| Magnetic coupler This coupler for motor shaft offer good sealing effect , so it is widely used under the high pressure conditions. This coupler is customized by WHGCM, and it is able to meet different torque request by offering different numbers of magnetic rings along its axial line. High welding technique The weld must be strong and uniform, so to overcome the effect caused by the force. |

Manhole The reactor is closed type, so a manhole is necessary for equipment maintain and cleaning. The flange joint type is RF surface, so it would stop leasing because of the large area. And the number of the bolts on the flanges are also chosen as per the pressure vessel standard. The neck of the monhole is reinforced by carbon steel tube and welded firmly on the port. |
| Jacket The jacket of the reactor is made from carbon steel. The jacket has inlet and outlet port, which are for the heating agent flowing. There is also a drain port on the reactor, it would release the thermal agent for its overflow. Bottom port The bottom port is surfacing with stainless steel 316L, so it could resist the corrosion caused by the reactant. |
