 All of the nozzles are standard or customized. 
 Ports Names and Purpose:
· Pressure gauge, burst disc.
· Gas inlet.
· Gas outlet.
· Thermometer port.
· Feeding port for Solid material.
· Inlet and outlet of Jacket.
· Fliud inlet / constant pressure feeding port of material.
· Vaccum port.
· The components of the kettle cover are evenly distributed, and the structure is brief and beautiful, space-saving, and easy to operate.
· The constant feeding tank is assembled with a fluid feeding port, and a needle valve is placed on the steel pipe between them for manual control of the feeding.
· The stirrer is driven by the motor via a belt, which is covered with a stainless steel shell for safety, sanitary, and protective purposes.
· The shaft sleeve of the stirrer is magnetically sealed. It has the advantage of silence, zero leakage risk, and energy saving.
· Two steel hooks are welded opposite on the periphery of the reactor lid for lifting purposes.
· The flange thickness and the number of bolts are designed as per ASME standard requirements according to the work pressure requirement.
· The nuts are painted with silver paint to anti corrosion. The bolts are blacken-treated for the same purpose.

The picture of motor · The motor with a power of 550W.
· The paddle of the agitator inside the kettle with Dia. of 60mm. 
· As the fluid has a small viscosity, the rotation speed of the agitator could be 400 to 700 RPM, so to meet the customer's request for stirring.
· The motor has the feature of Explosion-proof because the medium is flammable and explosive.
· The reason to put the motor aside is to lower the center of gravity of the whole equipment so that the reactor can stand steadily.

·  There are two gauges including a pressure gauge, a negative pressure gauge, a burst disc, and a feeding port to pressure the constant feeding tank on it.
·  The feeding tank has a feeding hopper upon it. A needle valve is assembled between the pipe.
·  The constant pressure tank connects with pressure gas via the pipe, so the fluid medium can be pressed into the reactor by pressure gas.

·  The temperature and current of the motor could be displayed on it. 
·  The speed can be controlled via frequency control of it.
 · The other control, display, and monitoring options are also available as per customers' requests.
