The reactor system have four sequence batch reactors, water tanks, pumps, PLC controller, and platform rack. The equipments are well organized on the rack as per their size while designing. The reactors of different purposes, and they are assembled via the pipings to form a intergrate producing contraption. Because of the feature of reaction, the reactor kettle are well jacketed with insulation layers. As they are mounted at same height, so the medium flow is driven by the pumps. |
| The intelligent PLC controller could control the flows by on/off the vavles , and starting the pumps. So, it makes the sequencing batch reaction realized. |  |
