Customized Structure ᆞThis is a contraption for liquid meauring purposes. It consists of three receving tanks of 5L each, three level gauges with the measuring hight of 500mm, and three measuring tanks with volume 400 ml , 250 ml and 150 ml. ᆞThe design pressure for all the tanks is 1.6MPa. ᆞDesign Temperature (℃) ATM. ᆞMaterial S316L. ᆞContraption size: L 2000 * W 500 * H1800 ᆞThe rack is designed to support all of the parts, and it has four small wheels under its poles. |
| The level gauge: ᆞFlip plate magnetic level gauge. The liquid level meter is calibrated. Prepare one more set of gasket at the sealing position of the liquid level meter glass tube. ᆞBecause the height of the level gauge is much longer than the receiving tanks, the level gauge is aside assembled, so it could be used normally. ᆞThe measuring tanks are to be connected to the outlet under than level gauge. The vavles will be closed by the operator when the liquid level shown in level gauge reach set up value. |

Pipeline ᆞEach barch pipe has a needle vavle assembled. ᆞThere is a vacuum port on the top of the contraption. Together with the nitrogen inlet port, the contraption could expel the air out at the beginning of operation. ᆞThe ports on pipeline to be connected with necessary pressure gauge, bursting disc and valve. |
