 1. Controller, frequency converter, safety valve, temperature platinum resistance. 
 2. 1 set of magnetic seal shaft sleeve, equipped with 18.5KW explosion-proof motor (dIIBT4), helical gear reducer. 
 3. Equipped with pressure gauge, manhole cover and sight glass, sight glass lamp port equipped with explosion-proof sight glass lamp. Catalyst feeding port equipped with blind plate, discharge port equipped with blind plate. Other pipe flange are paired supplied.  
 4. The material of inner cylinder, head and kettle in contact with medium is S31603, limpet coil material is S30408 (the half pipe coil is divided into two sections), flange and manhole flange are made from carbon steel lining S31603. 
 5. No bracket with ear seat.  Equipped with lifting lugs (two pieces evenly distributed). 
 6. Stainless steel inner surface is Ra0.4μm finished, outer surface needs decontamination.

Title of product Features

The reactor could be identified easily as it has limpet coil attached outside.
Limpet coil:
Material: S304.
Design temperature: 280°C.
Thermal medium: Water steam.
Design pressure: 0.7 MPa.
Application: Heating.
Postion: Ourside welded on the external wall of the kettle cylinder.
The limpet coil is a kind of jacket in the reactor designing. It is also called as half pipe jacket, because they coils are made of axial sectioned pipe. 
Advantages:
ᆞ The coils are well welded to the outside wall of the kettel, so that they could withstand high pressure caused the medium inside them.
ᆞ Because they are uniform wounded around the cylinder, the limpet coil help to reinforce to the kettle.
ᆞ And this kind of display could make the thermal medium heating the kettle as efficient as possible, so it is very popular in the reaction under 400°C.
Inlet/outlet ports for water steam:
ᆞ The limpet coils can be considered as a circulation heating jacket for the reactor. The size of the half pipe is small. In this case, the diameter of the half pipe is only 44.50mm. So it has not enough room for a heater like normal jacket. 
ᆞ The ports will be used for charging and discharging the thermal medium. 
ᆞ As the ports are made in pairs. It is usually just make one pair of the ports. In special occasions, they are made in more pairs, such as 2 pairs or 3 pairs. For this case, it is made into two pairs as per customer's request. 

Design notice of the limpet coil reactor:
ᆞ The limpet coils heat exchange area is disignated by customer. We will design the coil's diameter and the half-pipe's diameter according to the heat exchange area.
ᆞ The design temperature is decided by the customer. We will suggest the thermal medium as per the temperature. 
ᆞ The material of the limpet coil is chosen on the basis of thermal medium's corrosion property.
